形态描述
体呈灰黄色。背鳍及胸鳍均无硬刺。胸部无吸着器。胸鳍发达，胸、腹鳍第一鳍条腹面具羽状纹。颌须宽而短。口下位，横裂。唇后沟间断，鳃孔小。
生物学
Glyptosternoid fishes, head depressed and broad, the first rays of the pectoral and ventral fins enlarged and transverely striated to form an adhesive apparatus. This catfish is found in the Irrawaddy River and the Nujiang River.
